Refund/ Return Policy
What is Advanced Satellite's return policy? If you should
encounter a problem with one of our products please contact us so we can work to
resolve the problem. If a return is necessary, we will replace the product or
refund its purchase price in the payment method tendered minus a 15% restocking
fee. All claims must be made within a 30-day period of delivery and include the
receipt; material must be returned or arrive at our warehouse in resalable
condition. Refunds do not include any freight charges; we will not accept
freight collect or COD shipments on returned materials. In the case of a
non-defective product, the customer is responsible for paying for airtime and
activation incurred. For non-defective product that is returned, a 15%
restocking fee will apply.
Warranty Information
What are the warranties on the products that Advanced Satellite
sells? The sole warranty associated with a product is the warranty
provided by the manufacturer. We are happy to work with you to resolve any
problem that you may have with any product that we sell. Advanced Satellite cannot be
liable for any consequential damages, incidental damages, for loss of use,
property or profits or any other damages of whatever kind or however
rising.
Advanced Satellite warrants all products to be free from defective material and workmanship and agrees to remedy
any such defect through repair or replacement provided the product is delivered
to the seller or its authorized repair station in its original condition,
intact, for examination. This warranty does not extend to any products which
have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident incorrect towards wiring not
installed by seller, improper installation - not performed by seller, or to use
in violation of instruction furnished by us or manufacturer, nor extend to units
which have been repaired or altered outside of authorized service centers. This warranty is in lieu of all other
warranties, expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized
to assume for the seller any other liability in connection with the sale or
installation of the product.
Shipping
Policy
What is Advanced Satellite's shipping policy? Most
orders are shipped within five business days. (Add time for custom orders.) We
reserve the right to use common carrier or other shippers and services,
depending on the size of the order and its destination. Shipping costs for each
order will be determined during order fulfillment.
Can Advanced Satellite send me my product via overnight
express? Usually, depending on the time the order is placed and the
freight carrier's ability to make that happen, and that the items are in stock.
If you wish to have a product sent via expedited delivery service, please
contact Advanced Satellite and we will arrange for that. Unfortunately, we
cannot ship products transacted over the Web site via overnight express.
All
handheld phones require activation and testing prior to shipping.
Activation can take from 4 to 24 hours after submitting a service agreement.
Shipping via UPS ground occurs within 24 to 48 hours after testing,
excluding weekends. Express shipping available upon request for an
additional charge.
Privacy
Policy
Your privacy is very important to Advanced Satellite ("we" or "us"). This
privacy policy ("policy") describes the practices that apply to our site,
including, specifically, the information we collect about you, when and how we
collect that information and what may happen to that information.
Simply put: • we will not collect
personally identifiable information like your name, e-mail and mailing address
and telephone number ("Personal Information") without your knowledge and
permission; • we will not disclose your Personal Information to third
parties unless you have authorized us to do so; • we will take reasonable
steps to protect the security of the Personal Information we collect from you.

When You Are Just Visiting Us... You can
always visit our site without revealing who you are or providing any Personal
Information. We do collect usage information ("session data"), but it is
anonymous and is not linked to you as an individual. We use session data to
better understand things like how our site is navigated, how many visitors
arrive at specific pages, the length and frequency of stays at our site, the
variety of searches of our site's database, the types of browsers and computer
operating systems used by our visitors and the Internet Protocol addresses from
which our visitors connect to our site. We use this information to improve our

a) Personal Information If you decide to fill out our request
form, we will collect Personal Information about you that you voluntarily share
with us. We collect Personal Information that is necessary for us to provide you
with the services offered on our site. As mentioned, this Personal Information
includes things like your name, e-mail and mailing address and telephone
number.
b) Sharing of Personal Information Other than as explained in
this policy, we will not disclose any Personal Information we collect from you
to others without your permission, except in certain limited circumstances: (a)
to protect the security of our site and our rights under our Terms and
Conditions of Use; (b) to protect ourselves against liability; (c) in response
to legal process, (d) if we believe in good faith that the law requires it; or
(e) in connection with a sale of our business or company. Please note that if we
receive a formal request to disclose your Personal Information in connection
with a legal action, we will attempt to tell you about it at least ten (10) days
before we respond to that request, if permitted by law.
c) Additional Products and Services We may partner with other
companies to offer you additional products or services. If you sign up for any
of these additional products or services, we will share your name and any other
Personal Information that is necessary for these other companies to provide the
products or services you have signed up for. This policy will not cover the use
of your Personal Information by these other companies. We encourage you to read

sites. When you click on one of these links, you are leaving our site and
entering another site that we do not control and for which we cannot be
responsible. You should carefully review the privacy statements or policies on

apply to your visit to that site and may be very different from our policy.
Payment Info
What type of payment do you accept? We accept Visa,
Master Card, American Express, & Discover. We do not accept checks, purchase
orders or other means of payment through our online system. Advanced Satellite
will accept payment via wire transfer. If you would like to pay using an
alternative method, please contact us.
When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card
will be charged after your order has been received and processed, and your
credit card has been approved.
What will show up on my credit card account? Your credit
card account will be billed by Advanced Satellite for the hardware portion of
your order. Subsequent monthly service bills will appear on your credit card
as Globalstar for Globalstar service.
Can I place my order by e-mail? We designed our site's
ordering system to protect the security of your personal information, including
your credit card number. For your security, please do not include your credit
card information in any e-mail you send us. You can order on line or by
